You and the Tesla aren't the only ones on the road. You can't control people behind you being just close enough to not be able to stop. Or having another person behind the Tesla swerve into you when trying to avoid hitting the Tesla. There are plenty of scenarios where you are still impacted by the brake checking Tesla without you being at fault. |
