Tbh the more I hear about the academia the worse it sounds.

Look I’m willing to take a massive paycut, I was starting to come around to the time cost, and hell, I’ll even work in Matlab. But:

This is just wild, and if anything reminds me of low skilled near minimum wages jobs.
