Was following CNN on Twitter in 2008, out of an old habit mostly. Then it was only breaking news feed, and they were posting mostly relevant things. One day they posted something about Britney Spears there and then again. Stopped either watching or following CNN from that point on. Lots of good news sites were still at that time like BBC (which took the same path as CNN in later years) and still follow Reuters and Al Jazeera. Really hope CNN one day will become a news source, like CNN International that is a joy to watch when traveling outside of the USA and Canada (at least it was the last time I watched a few years ago). Will follow CNN once Harry and Meghan or some pop stars will not appear in the headlines for at least a year. |
