Not exactly answering your question, but given the current market conditions I do not think growth is the characteristic to be biasing towards. Companies who are growing via burning tons of cash are already in trouble, or soon will be. Rewind 12 months and the story was quite different. Speaking personally when it comes to investment into specific company stocks, I have moved mine into companies that are net cash flow positive. The logic being that they are better positioned to ride out the storm.
