I totally get it and support your take of not signing up for a product that you can't see public pricing for. That said, no one ever said we don't have pricing. It's just not publicly listed at present because we're very early in our journey, are learning a ton about helping teams on-board, and also focusing on helping communities that are currently not well served by other pricing models. We meant the predictable bit to be more like a promise on our part. We'll talk to you, we'll give you clear pricing once we get a good picture of what you're looking for and how we can help you, and we'll stick with it so you're not thinking about the monthly price of our service on top of another 8-12 on average that you need to add for each new team member. All that said, I'm going to review that on the site today and find ways to clarify what we mean so that we're clearer. |
