Ironically, the "studies" underlined word in the third paragraph is not a link, unlike "shortage" and "articles". To be fair, the percentage in the following sentence is a cdc.gov link [1] to the requested study.

I don't think it would be particularly convincing, or even desirable, to have a county health department presentation when there are now published studies on the subject.
