| Two basic questions: 1) Do you practice a sport regularly? If you don't, that's almost certainly taking a huge toll on your mental health. Start practicing and check again in a month. 2) Are you sleeping properly? You need from 7-9 hours of good sleep every night. Turn off screens at 8 PM. Go to bed early, you need to be asleep by 10 PM at most. Avoid junk food, sugar, etc especially hours before going to bed. |
