USD has the same issue. The dollars continually get "used up" and need reprinted. Transferring electronic money burns energy and labor, and costs labor at the treasury and fed to mantain. If stablecoins are a pyramid scheme, the USD is too. Virtually every currency is negative-sum, destroying value every time they are spent. |
