How did people find out about Google, YouTube, Facebook, Whatsapp, Waze, Instagram, when they have started? I think it was because they provided an unique service and word of mouth was enough. I remember when Gmail was in beta. There was no marketing. I was fortunate to receive an invite and once I get 5 invites, friends were begging me to send them one. |
