Why Canadians pay much more and have access to less despite living in a country that is 95% culturally, economically, and politically identical to the US, I do not know. That said, isn't the sheer popularity of crossborder shopping an indicator that Canadians aren't financially illterate? That they do know what's going on, and act accordingly?
