MaxTo provided much of the experience I was looking for, but random crashes when using multiple desktops and my inability to get custom recipes triggering correctly had me look elsewhere. FancyZones offered much of the functionality I liked about MaxTo, BUT it did not support keeping maximized windows within a defined zone, so, I added this feature.
