Not sure if I’m cynical or what but just couldn’t muster the desire to finish the article. I agree the ability to write and communicate is important but also feel it’s oversold and trite. I work with people who speak my native language as a second language - which is just to say life if generally more complicated than giving the advice of “focus on good communication”.
