Most drug user I've seen were in private clubs in Paris or Nice/Monaco where the entry ticket was north of 150 euros I also saw about 12 different heroin addicts in the streets next to my home, but tbh they were a lot less loud, aggressive and/or obnoxious than the alcoholics. |
