It's not even the girl the accusations came from talking to the NYT, it's her friend... So this is hearsay, with no direct evidence. Then, you have the assumption of guilt, while a settlement means no such thing, it just means they paid her to go away and shut up. I mean, he probably did do it, but that doesn't change the fact that these are unfounded rumors without evidence or even firsthand testimony being thrown around. |
