This doesn' t look very easy on arms to me. My current favorite position is use a 30cm small bench and a low desk(less than 1m) with back lean or not lean on sofa cushion. So you can switch squatting and sitting very quickly by moving the small bench. It' s less likely to feel tired with more muscle in stress occasionally. And when you stand up there' s slightly more work done than normal sitting.
