Yes. I changed my email as one does on occasion and, even after confirming with them that I changed my email, they froze my account with the requirement that I mail a copy of my SS card to their fraud dept. I immediately cancelled the card instead of dealing with the hassle. Their card offerings are not competitive so I do not have much incentive to use their credit again. The most frustrating part was the fraud dept told me they froze my account _because_ I changed my email. Nothing to do with strange charges on the account. |
