Oh, I forgot to add that I think that cats only hear different pitches and aren't able to differentiate consonants from vocal sounds and/or their meaning. A couple times I did the morning food routine while brushing my teeth (when I was in a hurry) and I was only humming the words while my cat was perfectly able to understand what I want from it. |
