"Road train" is a monicker for multi-trailer semis. These are quite common in Australia. In North America we sometimes see doubles, but I don't think they quite qualify for the name.

Last year I drove up I5 and counted at least 20 triples!

In Aus they can be up to 5 or 6, 120 wheelers. And I think they might be driven by kangaroos. I could be wrong about that part.
