Quite a part from the fact that implicit bias doesn't replicate, if you have 80% male developers it is not because you are discriminating against women, it is because the pool you hire from is mostly men. If you refuge to hire a woman because she is a woman, you are discriminating. Fortunately that is historically rare today. |
