Good lord, this thread. Thank you for doing what you can to quietly correct things. Readers: please upvote this. I don’t normally ask, and it’s a breach of etiquette to talk about votes. But there’s a line, and I think calling someone a pampered brat while his wife is requesting police protection is the one. |

Those can both easily be true, though? And the theoretical protection is for both of them, right? Unless there's a huge amount missing in the story.
