That's not really a mark against your school's curriculum. Web frameworks are still changing really fast. No university or community college is going to keep up. I did some web dev give years ago and I already feel pretty out of the loop with the latest popular trends/frameworks in web dev. I don't really consider it a negative in terms of employability either. The companies that are looking to hire new grads are not going to be testing you on the latest frameworks. |
