Same experience I had constantly misrepresented, especially internet/quality of A/C which are not minor things.

Air conditioning is my pet peeve. Surprised I didn't see more mentions of it.

Book a large-ish house that says it has A/C. What it really has is a single small window unit in one of the bedrooms.
