Protip: Set them to 150 - 200% scaling and get way better font rendering and readability than with a lower-resolution screen, which makes it easier on the eyes. If things then get too big (because actually 4k at 24" would be more appropriate), reduce font-size by 1pt or so. 4k is not meant for use without scaling.

PPI over 120 is terrible for web design. You want to keep scale 1:1, like most of people have.

For 4K you need at least 32’.
