No one knows exactly what is going to happen. Is it like 2008? Or the world will dismiss the dollar entirely? If so, not just Americans, but the whole world will live in new unpredictable situations for a few years until things start to settle again. If you can buy gold and keep it for the long term, ignoring the price changes entirely in the coming years, it will be good for you AFAIK. |

Maybe there is something very smart to do in the middle of the crash, which I guess you can be sure what it is after the crash happens.
