I've always struggled knowing what herbs and spices to add to a dish. do you have any advice on a good way to learn this, other than trial and err (so that the mrs won't get mad at me for ruining dinner) on a side note:
there's a lot of different topics here, the easy ones i can see:
- cooking
- baking
- drinks
- cheese and other preservation foods, cured meats, etc...
- fermenting: beers, cider, kombucha, sour dough, etc... |
