It's about exclusively saving people of a certain ethnicity, not about them helping at all.

Would you also defend charities set up to only rescue people of European ancestry, leaving Africans and Asians behind? Also why stop at rescue, all charitable help should be ethnically targeted. Nothing wrong with that, people like me can go and be black somewhere else, right?
