Neat visualization. As a heads up, the link in your header points to /books rather than /bookshelf. Wonder if you use a book tracking site like Goodreads or Oku? Taking a real-life analogy: It would be interesting to me to be able to click on a book and read your review of said book as if I'm browsing your actual bookshelf and you're telling me your thoughts on said books.

That's exactly my next goal. Each book entry here is actually backed with a .md file that is currently empty. My plan is to write my reviews/notes there and display them when you click on a book.

I don't use Goodreads and haven't heard of Oku. Not sure why I don't use them really. The motivation here was mostly to learn some CSS.
