My favorite "metaverse" is Second Life. Second Life is such a special place because it's like the world's largest, free-est art studio—where instead of paintings, you create whole interactive worlds. I've been there since I was 13, and it's been the space where I've learned everything from programming to animation to creative writing to design. I still keep a little home on an island in Second Life today, and I go back every few months to catch up with friends and see what new buildings people have created. |
