I love it that our CTO still codes, debugs and shares the pain as everyone else. He would even apologize, as anyone else for making mistakes here and there.

We used to have a TD long time ago, russian dude, that somehow forgot how to run Visual Studio, yet he was just a coder year before that. Amazing transformation!

That is such a good article! Managing Humans (book written by him) is also a good resource for managers. I loved that book!
