What if the facts or basic-ness of them are disputed? You can see this clearly in pro-choice/life debate for example. One side is saying it is murder and the other side is saying everything from it is not a murder to society doesn’t support the born kids, so this should be allowed. What are the ‘basic facts’ here? |
