Discriminating by age isn't always unreasonable. It's useful to have different generational perspectives in many areas. For example, I think it's a serious issue that the average age of public servants in Congress is so advanced. The older generations are responsible for training and passing the torch onto the younger generations. The older generation can't keep clinging onto power until they die off. |
