Was the cancellation message only deceptive in Australia? Or is it everywhere, and Australia is the only country to prosecute?

I'm in the US and I recall seeing these same deceptive cancellation messages on my app in the last year.

It was deceptive nowhere, and Australia is just over protective. Surprised at how many people are treating this as a small fine compared to what was done, or as if this should be the standard everywhere.
