If you want to “get rid” of the dock, there’s an unconventional trick for this I use: you can set a much longer hover timer via defaults in terminal. I set mine to around 40 seconds. I haven’t seen my dock a year or so. Note I’ve not jumped to Monterey yet so this is untested there. |
