There was a really good service like 10 years ago that auto deleted Facebook/Instagram and so on. Sadly (and obviously) Facebook and co were extremely unhappy with such a service existing and took devastating steps to kill it. That said, it would be great to have some kind of service like that again. It shouldn’t be hard to erase a digital identity, that’s what GDPR stipulates anyway.
