The West has become so deeply aligned to it's narrative, from the global South it is hard to see the sense in this bizarre European obsession with pitting Nazis against Russians. The UN is ignored in favour of NATO. To the world this looks like white people making up their own rules again. |

After WW2 everybody who opposed Russian expansionism and imperialism was called a Nazi by Russia (first of course a Fascist till the end of USSR for obvious reasons but Nazi more and more after that).
This dehumanization reached extreme levels after the start of Russian invasion into Ukraine.

Imagine the situation where German chancellor would start to call out Austrians for not wanting to be/become German and declares that even the idea of Austrian is insulting to Germans.
Regardless of this absurdity, this is exactly what is going on in Russia against Ukrainians who as nation are even more distinct from Russians in Russia than are Austrians from Germans in Germany.
This is for what Ukrainians are called Nazis even when it is clear without doubt who are the 21st century Nazis.
There is no question in support to Ukraine to fight this monstrous genocidal terror state Russia has become.
