I'd personalize the reach out. What I suggest is to find out the tech stack the company is using, find some issues related to the stack and then reach out to the hiring manager with personalized message. Maybe even build a product or solution that addresses some of their issues. In my case, I found a vulnerability with how their application connects to the database. |
