Neovim is literally a vim fork, with .lua supported everywhere .vim is used and many other additions/changes/removals.

Correct. Tesla is a fork of a Lotus not a Maclaran.

Tesla is a car brand, not one model? You're thinking specifically about the Tesla Roadster I think.
