That 24-hour response time seems easily gamed by just replying with just "we'll get back to you ASAP". Indeed, Etsy even helps you with that; from their FAQ: > What happens if I can’t respond to messages on weekends and bank holidays? > If you’re having a difficult time responding to messages during certain time periods, consider setting up an auto-reply, which counts as a response. |
