Normally I would agree with you. In this case, it was the opposite. They truly looked at the candidates skill set and capabilities. Unfortunately, the government agencies where the chosen candidates were supposed to be funneled to and hired is where the usual government dysfunction kicked in. Those agencies didn’t seem to be on board with the whole program. |
