Definitely illustrates the difference between saying and doing. Many people say they want to date a "supermodel," but how many people want it enough to go for it?

Sure, the digital world has just strengthened the "walls" people put up in public, but that just makes breaking down those walls that much more memorable.

Think about it...Did you thank someone today for something, no matter how small, or say "Hi!" to a stranger or new co-worker?

A little goes a long way, and I often find myself pleasantly surprised at the stories people share.
