Yep. A few simple things that can help, shelf browse the library self help section, make a point to go leave the house - a simple invented errand, look for opportunities to make someone else's day a tiny bit brighter. In terms of the latter, smile at someone, let someone go ahead of you in line/in traffic, help an elder carry groceries, it doesn't have to be huge, write a word of encouragement to someone you don't know and will never meet - hang in there markus_zhang!..
