Work for banks. Seriously, they have a lot of legacy systems and they expect their staff to be 50+ because they know that nobody young is interested in learning ML4.
No but he'd be applying to an employer that expects future employees to be old. That's a huge plus in a market where age-discrimination is a big issue.
