They haven’t at other events. This isn’t the first time a member of the audience has had an altercation with a performer. It’s happened at music concerts, sports matches, even in TV studios. I’ve been at events when it’s happened too. Generally organisers and security will try and resolve it off camera while presenters ad-lib briefly or the programmes takes a commercial break. But quickly they’re back on schedule. |
