He's saying that a stream of copypasted "good location" comments are common in reviews, and if you see loads of them on a single listing it's meaningless and not an authentic review. However, a few isolated "good location" comments are more likely to be authentic.

What also came into my mind is that only the location is good about the place, and there are other issues like noise or cleanliness.
