Do you think remote working has made decision between Consistency and Availability any different? Is it now easier to be consistent because of conversations happening online, which facilitates usage of tools like slack, gong? (maybe before remote working and these tools, consistency was much harder to have). Is consistency even more important in a remote setting? If you prioritsed availability in a remote setting, there would be even less consistency than before remote working (due to less corridor catchups, informal context sharing etc.) |

Metaview started pre-pandemic and was originally non-remote company, so, we were always deliberate about this even when we didn't "need" to. Having now become a remote team, the transition was coincidentally incredibly easy for us because of our PUP expectations.
