Some time ago, a person (on HN, although it may have been somewhere else) did an estimate of what it would take for Google to review all 500 hrs of video uploaded to YouTube every minute. The result was that Google could more than afford it. Based on that I don't see any reason Google couldn't add more humans to deal with these ban appeals. |
