There is nothing "technically correct" about having an opinion on how important glibc and coreutils are to the operating system and including an acknowledgment in the name. This is a normative claim that I'm not particularly interest in. I call it Linux and don't plan to change, nor do I roll my eyes into the back of my head when someone calls it GNU/Linux.
