I’m sometimes slow in expressing what I really feel

I sometimes write messages when we should be talking instead. I know that’s not ideal, I’m working on it. In the meantime, please point it out to me.

I have two small kids at home.

Those are literally the only three useful sentences in that entire document. Everything else are the basic virtues of professional cooperation.
