If the Ukrainian army uses GPS signals in military operations, does this constitute direct assistance by the US?

I'm not sure what you're getting at. Both the US and most of Europe have been openly providing militarily help to Ukraine.

Yeah the us and Russia are at war here the battlefield just happens to be in Ukraine. It’s a limited war though.
