YMMV on Sadhguru. Some people think it a cult like organization: https://www.quora.com/Is-Sadhguru-a-cult-leader

If you want some genuine, grassroots, woman led, action in this area, Vananda Shiva is very well respected: https://humansandnature.org/vandana-shiva/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vandana_Shiva

I don’t care about the sex/gender status of people because sexism is bad, so it seems weird to have people use it as a positive thing to point out.
>woman led

Why the pointless gendering? All genders are capable of leading action, including women, men, and non-binary.

Vananda Shiva IS an ecofeminist. I think it highly relevant. Clearly all people are capable of being activists. But in this case, she happens to make an explicit point of her movement being woman led. This is especially relevant in the cultural context of her movement in India.
So, a man can't be an ecofeminist?

And I really want to know what relevance you think Vandana Shiva has in India.

> Some people think it a cult like organization

It most definitely is.

Vandana Shiva and her ilk are responsible for pushing the brain-dead organic policies that have devastated Sri Lanka: https://theprint.in/world/how-sri-lankas-overnight-flip-to-t...
